Marine & Sub Surface Geotechnics
The use of grout has become more common in recent years and is used in offshore platform installations, placement and filling of grout mattresses as well as the installation and repairs of underwater piles.
Working closely with diving teams for the tidal work is very complex and time critical so with these kinds of projects we can supply multiple pumps and operators to ensure works are completed within the tight constraint’s sites have to deal with.

Culvert Repairs
Due to age and deterioration of some of the many culvert and bridge structures throughout the country they are in need of replacement or major repair. Once the level of repair has been determined and the method for repair has been agreed UKSGP will be involved once the grouting side of the project is ready. Installation of Shuttering, breather pipes and the supply of grout can be done by us or we can just simply provide pump and operatives. Instruction will be given on what you would need to provide on site to aid the smooth running of the pour. Our operatives are confined space trained for easy of placing the grout in somewhat challenging locations.

If you are new to grouting, we have experienced grouting coordinators within our sales office, they can advise you on all aspects of your grouting works and offer advice and information to assist you from the very early stages of your project. They can arrange site visits where necessary to ascertain your full site requirements so that works can commence efficiently and successfully. We offer the invaluable service of operating all of our plant on site for those customers who feel this would benefit their project.
We endeavour to assist you every step of the way! All staff have their CSCS certification, regularly attend toolbox talks and health & safety meetings to be kept up to date with new legislation. We are proud of our employees and their exceptional conduct on site.
